  • 1882 UA Roselius was founded by Captain Olof Theodor Roselius.
  • 1902 his son Undanus Atlanticus succeeded him. Undanus Atlanticus representing the UA in Roselius.
  • In 1927 his son Olof Ludwig Roselius turned MD for the company and continued in that role for  the next 51 years.
    • The first 50 years was the skipper era, where owner and captain was the same person. Roselius knew that strong and fast row men were essential for a successful port agent.
    • Next 50 years international trade increase. Modern communications develop and ships and lines grow and specialize.
  • After Second World War routes and trade changes due to the iron curtain, which clearly affects a naval town like Karlskrona.
  • 1968 Per-Axel Fridolfsson bought the agency from the Roselius family.
    • 1968-2001 Per-Axel runs and develop the business. Roselius become line agents and operates ferry lines and RO-pax traffic to Finland, Germany, Poland, Latvia and Denmark.
    • 1995-1999 UA Roselius start and runs Amber Line between Karlskrona and Liepaja
  • 2001 Per-Henric Fridolfsson, son of Per-Axel take over the company and continue to increase the business collaborations.
